FPS is a privately held California Corporation specializing in the design, development, and operation of LCD Repair Technology for the desktop, laptop, net book, LCD-TV, Portable Handheld device, and specialty monitor industries. FPS also repairs LCD Kiosk, Handheld scanner device, and LCD projectors.

Scott Dietz

President

Mr Dietz has been a successful executive in the reverse logistics industry for over 20 years, having filled a variety of positions in several product areas over those years. Scott brings a wealth of experience and success in the inventory management, business development, logistics program design and financial management areas. After graduating The University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics and receiving an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University Scott founded Computer Parts Warehouse, a computer and printer spares parts distribution company, after successfully growing several distribution and logistics company’s parts sales divisions.

Mr Dietz was instrumental at Computer Parts Warehouse in developing the customer base, financial controls and inventory management systems which led to profitable growth for twelve straight years. Scott assumed a variety of management roles while there and successfully implemented sales, inventory and financial management systems and processes that allowed the company to keep a lean and extremely cost-competitive organizational structure while still delivering consistently outstanding customer service results to a diverse base of clients.

At FPS, Scott is focused on leveraging our outstanding operational and engineering expertise into the emerging tablet and smartphone product lines, while still supporting the more traditional display panel markets that are more mature. He also is bringing his logistics experience and expertise to develop several unique and cost-competitive comprehensive support programs that will allow large organizations the ability and flexibility to outsource critical supply chain responsibilities to FPS.

Long Truong

Vice President, Operations

Long Truong has many years of experience in production planning, analysis and implementation, 20 years of which specialize in LCD re-manufacture services. With the ISO mindset, Long helped to bring Displaytronix (as co-founder) to the Global LCD service market when it became the OEM Authorized Service Provider for many LCD Manufactures such as QDI, AUO, CMO, Hannstar, Innolux, in the USA early 2000s.

At FPS, Long Truong organized a highly efficient production and a specialized technical skill Engineer teams. He also focus on FPS's sophisticated database for tracking all units serviced, which provide our customers with Failure Analysis and Preventive/Corrective Action Measures.
